KATYA CONTURE BLOGGING SERVICES



This agreement is an offer from Ekaterina Shamarina, acting in accordance with licence number 1263601, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer", to an individual, hereinafter referred to as the "Blogger".


1. Subject of the contract

Under this Agreement, the Customer undertakes to provide the Blogger with an order for information services for the purpose of promotion. This may be products from the Customer's model range, beauty services or professional activities of a beauty specialist, and the Blogger undertakes to provide the Customer with services to create and place information material about the Customer's products on the Blogger's page on the Internet (hereinafter referred to as "services").


2. Refund Policy

Prepayments for services are non-refundable. These funds are used to cover the costs of purchasing appropriate materials and products, producing and processing video content, and paying outside specialists who are involved in creating the service for each of our clients.
By accepting our offer, you agree to abide by our cancellation policies.
We appreciate your understanding and co-operation in these matters as they enable us to provide the best possible service to all our customers.


3. Liability

Blogger will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.
All materials developed and uploaded to the Internet for the use of the customer can not be provided to third parties as it is the intellectual property of the blogger.
The Blogger shall have the right to make any changes to the Services which are necessary to comply with any applicable law.
All information materials are provided for use by the customer for a period of time in accordance with the agreed rate of the blogger.
Blogger may use Group companies, subcontractors or other third party services to provide the Services, provided that Blogger remains liable to the Client for the performance of the Services as if it had performed them itself.


4. Force Majeure

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, neither party shall be liable for any delay or default resulting from acts beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God (such as, but not limited to, fires, explosions, earthquakes, drought, tides, floods, disease or famine), acts of war or terrorism, shortages of supplies, breakdowns or failures, interruptions or malfunction of computer facilities, or loss of data resulting from power failures or mechanical difficulties in information storage or retrieval systems, labour difficulties or civil unrest. Notwithstanding the foregoing, should such circumstances arise, Blogger agrees to use good faith efforts to fulfil its obligations.


5. Complaints

Blogger strives to treat all of our clients with due care, compassion and fairness. However, if you have concerns about anything to do with the quality of the services provided to you, you have the right to complain verbally, by telephone or in writing. You can email us at kate2452@mail.ru with your concerns and complaints and we will endeavor to resolve them in the best possible manner.
In case of failure to settle disputes in the process of negotiations, disputes shall be resolved in court in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation.
