1. Consultation Fee


At CONTURE BEAUTY DMCC, each client receives a service performed by professionals who are competent in their field. Each person and business we work with has been carefully screened for the quality of the products and services they offer. To our clients, we offer competitive prices for our services and the assurance that our services will be of the same quality and care. To maintain professional and ethical standards, we charge a fee for an initial consultation with our specialists. From time to time we run promotions for a free consultation with our specialists. During these promotions, the initial consultation is free of charge to our patients, but subsequent consultations may incur a charge. Our team is available to provide you with all the necessary information and necessary recommendations you may need to make an informed decision on whether to have a procedure performed.


2. Cancellations And Late Arrivals

Cancellations can be made by phone, email or in person in advance of the scheduled appointment day. We would appreciate it if you would be sure to do so as soon as you know, to avoid confusion and help us maintain our level of service to all our customers.

We do our best to accommodate late visitors, however in some cases late arrivals may result in shorter consultation times or procedure lengths, or we may reschedule your appointment.


3. Refund Policy

The prepaid appointment fees are non-refundable. These funds are used to cover the losses of CONTURE BEAUTY DMCC for the purchase of appropriate materials and products that are purchased for each of our clients. We also regret that we will not be able to offer scheduled appointment times to other clients. This may affect the ability to carry out the procedure according to their wishes.

By making an appointment with us, you agree to abide by our cancellation policy and late arrival policy. We appreciate your understanding and co-operation in these matters as they enable us to provide the best possible service to all our clients.


4. Liability

CONTURE BEAUTY DMCC will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.

The client is responsible for providing CONTURE BEAUTY DMCC with all necessary accurate data about himself/herself (contraindications, diseases and other information) before each procedure. CONTURE BEAUTY DMCC shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the client's failure to disclose such data.

The Client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations for the care of the treated area given to them by or on behalf of CONTURE BEAUTY DMCC. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit CONTURE BEAUTY DMCC liability for injuries caused by CONTURE BEAUTY DMCC negligence.


5. Force Majeure

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, neither party shall be liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God (such as, but not limited to, fires, explosions, earthquakes, drought, tidal waves and floods, disease or famine), acts of war or terrorism, shortage of supply, breakdowns or malfunctions, interruptions or malfunction of computer facilities, or loss of data due to power failures or mechanical difficulties with information storage or retrieval systems, labor difficulties or civil unrest. Notwithstanding the foregoing, should such circumstances arise, CONTURE BEAUTY DMCC agrees to use good faith efforts to fulfil its obligations.


6. Complaints

CONTURE BEAUTY DMCC endeavours to treat all of its clients with due care, compassion and fairness. However, if you have concerns about any issue related to your procedures at our salon, you have the right to make a complaint either verbally, over the phone or in writing.
